Hated it. Roaches on the wall.Bed bugs.The front desk lady was super rude! Found an underwear in the shower!!! How gross is that? The lady didn’t even seem interested in what I said. She just shrugged and said”then pick it up”……REALLY???? I’m not doing to do that. The toilets were clogged, so we couldn’t use the bathroom in our room. And when I said “beg bugs” I mean a DOZEN of them.Same with roaches on the wall.The couch was so uncomfortable. My older brother and little sister both got bitten by bed bugs. I did to. My mom had to sleep on that uncomfortable couch because the beds were only fit for 2 PEOPLE!!! There was also no door knobs so kids kept running around PEEKING through the hole the knobs were supposed to be in!!! By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.The only thing amazing a

If you are ever visiting Sumter S.C. and you are looking for a motel this is not the place to go. Roaches,bedbugs and the toilet did not work. The room smells like a garbage dump and the staff is not professional. They don’t have any class. The room was so bad I stayed awake because I didn’t want anything to crawl on me. Dusty, dirty, dingy I wonder how their living conditions are at home. Please, 🙏🏽 don’t go there or you are in for the worst night of your life. You have been warned!!!!!!!!!

Roaches like hell. I mean the roaches are hella disrespectful. Can't even eat or sleep in there properly with all the roaches. But, the rooms were a good size and worthy of being appraised if they mope the floors and doing coatings on the doors and tubs and fix the odd toilet seats and odd awkward door knobs on thr front doors. And if they actually keep the roaches away.

The hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. It was the slum of all slum. They make you sign a no refund before you even see the rooms. The locks were missing from the doors which caused the room doors to have large holes where the lock should have been. The tub was absolutely disgusting. We were unable to shower or use the toilet. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anybody. Basically the worst stay I've ever had.

I stayed here one time before 8/31/22. Seem quite until someone knocked on my door and window 2 in the morning. I just looked at it as wrong room. 8/31/22 I was in my room sleep when I noticed my phone alarm didn't go off and wake me up. I jumped up and notice all my stuff was gone. My smart watch, phone, Bluetooth, and wallet. I went to the office and told the lady we need to call the police all my stuff was gone and no one was in the room but me. She stated when the man gets up they would look at the camera. Unacceptable to me. I stated to her no one was leaving from over there until I get all my stuff back. And I went back to my room and left the door open. Room 102, I noticed there was somebody else key card on my floor(room 116). My cousin who stays in that area came over at the reque
