Candlewood Suites Jacksonville Southpoint

We were in Jacksonville for a week for the Mayo Clinic. The location was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the kitchen was perfect so we didn't have to dine out for all the meals. There was one night when other guests were being very loud after midnight and the staff were great at handling it quickly. If we end up in Jacksonville again I would absolutely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Candlewood Suites Jacksonville Southpoint. The room was very clean and cozy, and the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff was always kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Love the location, and a nice area with restaurants and other hotels nearby. The renovations were done awesome, full kitchen. Everything you need is there for two people, the bed is firm and comfortable, great pillows, soft linens, great water pressure and plenty of hot water and the best part it’s so quiet, this was a work trip for me. I had a lot to do and I absolutely loved having a full kitchen and a nice desk to work on, fast Internet and all the silence! I got this place for three nights for $300. I’m very picky and l really loved this place!

I had an amazing stay at Candlewood! Tasha, the General Manager, is truly exceptional — she goes above and beyond and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back!
