Broadway Inn

Rented room 16 on Saturday August 30th, found three bed bugs within 60 minutes of lying on the bed, one on me. Management: I see your response; please don't suggest I am not telling the truth. We rented the room to take a nap in the afternoon before going to a wedding anniversary party a few blocks away. I told the front desk there were bed bugs and they said nothing. I had no desire or time to argue. Do you want me to post a picture of the one that was on me?

Honestly my stay was great. Only issue I have is I am owed 2 nights. I paid for a second week but I was in an accident a few nights before my check out date. My mother collected my things and made sure they knew. I would just appreciate if I was offered 2 free nights since I was charged for all

In just a matter of about 3-4 hours from making the reservation to checking in then checking out . I lost. $225.00. Why? I checked in around 3 am and while sitting on the bed eating I saw 2 baby roaches running on top of the bedspread. I searched for these little roaches for about 10!minutes. Then instead of finding a baby roach. What appears to be a bedbug jumping around on the pillowcase then disappearing into the pillow. I was not about to get back in that bed so I checked out . I have a picture of this bedbug below. Xiang was there for about 2 21/2 hours tops. I left the key with a note requesting a refund. They replied with a no refund given because they did not find two roaches in that hotel room but they found a cricket. Here is the nedbug. Found a cricket.

Don't stay here.. they robbed me of my deposit and claimed they refunded me but never did... what a joke.. the rooms aren't even worth it...

The rooms are nice and clean. Owners are very nice to everyone that comes in to rent a room. Nice and quiet. The owners don't bother anyone. Nice reasonable rates for extended stay.
