Brentwood Inn and Suites

For the price point really not bad. We saw a fly in a glue trap and one beetle on the wall, no roaches. The towel from the previous tenant didn't seem to have been replaced and his Taco Bell meal was still in the fridge. The bed was clean though and it was quiet enough to enjoy it. Front desk receptionist also seemed polite.

Solid deal for the price, would stay again, got great sleep. Pros: Great price, clean rooms, quiet, good shower, minimal scent/stench in room, quick service. Cons: Couple lights didn't work one small roach was spotted (and executed swiftly, with pleasure)

I was a little apprehensive based on the poor reviews but my experience was pleasant for my purposes. The price was reasonable. I was very tired and just wanted sleep and a shower. The area was quiet and the manager Mr Patel and his wife(?) were hospitable. I have stayed at more expensive places and received less service.

We booked our stay 4 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable, our maid service was good. Our sheets and bedding was clean. It was quiet and had ample parking. Very close and convenient to all stores and eateries. All staff was very friendly. Unlike other reviews we saw no signs of any critters. We will stay there again.

Looking for a place to sleep off of 95, this is it! Beds were clean and comfortable, nice size fridge, the essentials. Comfortable. All staff were kind. My only comment is that the cleanliness could be improved. If we were on the route again, I'd choose to stay here!
