Staff was rude to me, there was EXPIRED LUNCHABLES in my fridge and molding fruits not only that there was bed bugs and my toilet clogged like 10 times. Dont use the shower, unless you want to shower in lava. They left my room messy.

Was pleased with the room management and the surrounding businesses. Housekeeping is very good. I’m thankful it was available when we needed it. It’s not the ritz but it was a place to sleep. The microwave and fridge was an added plus.

These reviews make no sense me. I needed to get away from everyday stresses, so I went on line, booked a king jacuzzi room and a few hours later, I checked into my room. The only trouble I encountered was the rate didn't match what I booked online, it was more expensive when I checked in, but it wasn't a problem at all because the guy at the desk made it all work out for the price I had already paid. I was a little nervous on what to expect because the last time I escaped to a jacuzzi room ( which was a 5 star hotel! ) no cleaner on duty there,, had to clean the jacuzzi out myself! it was so horrible I checked out that same night. But when I opened the door here, I was impressed, the room was clean, way more than I expected for a motel in the Buffalo area, the jacuzzi was clean!! And it ha

The motel has been freshly renovated, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Despite some older reviews with lower ratings, I found the place to be excellent. The staff was friendly, and the stay was hassle-free. Definitely worth considering for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay!
