Best Western Springfield

Exceptional presentation with an inviting scent when you enter the lobby. The rooms are kept nice, fresh and clean. The breakfast is very good and plenty of options available for FREE! The hotel staff was fine. The owner certainly takes pride in this establishment. It should be rated a minimum 3 star or better.

Pros: Good, clean rooms. Good housekeeping staff. GREAT location (mall less than half a mile away). Complementary breakfast is great (self-serve). Outdoor pool, indoor gym + cardio and yoga. Comfortable bed + cool TV. Neutrals: Front-desk is empty most times, but there's a virtual assistant next to it (not AI). Cons: Breakfast and pool aren't available at reasonable times. Small gym/yoga studio. Not the most flashy/fancy place. Great value. This review is based off my honest experience.

Staff were available at all times. Room was comfortable. Location was convenient. Fridge froze all my food, then I adjusted it & it was too warm.|1 light switch by door did nothing. Another worked when I 1st arrived, then the bulb immediately burned out.

Positive: Did not stay for morning breakfast. So I cannot speak on that here. Negative: Springfield in general is difficult to get around in certain areas. The hotel’s location takes some getting used to because it is setback

clean and worth the price. breakfast was a nice touch and the 2 gym spaces are pretty nice. beds were a little small and pillows were too but overall it was a decent value hotel. weird thing though: nobody staffing the front desk. there's a virtual assistant on camera that's a real person it seems like best western is outsourcing? why can't they hire people to be directly at the front of their business instead of leaning on outsourced somewhat robotic help? very strange
