"‼️BedBugs‼️ I recently stayed at a Best Western hotel and had a very disturbing experience. I discovered what appeared to be bedbugs in my room and on the bed. This is a serious health and safety concern, especially for families traveling with children. I immediately went to the lobby and informed the hotel management . At the time, there were children playing in the lobby area, which made the situation even more concerning. Unfortunately, the manager did not take any immediate action or show urgency regarding the issue. Due to the lack of response and concern for guest safety, I decided to leave and book another hotel. Best pillows of any hotel. Room was good, bed comfortable. People next door were noisy, AC unit noisy, toilet didn't flush well. Very good breakfast.

Positive: Clean. It's an older hotel but properly maintained, everything was functional. Negative: Laundry is only coin operated, in this age nobody expects to not have a cc option for laundry. I had to go to a laundromat, this really needs to be changed. Gym equipment worked but wasn't clean and there were no cleaning wipes or sprays provided.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Large, well appointed lobby with a very nice and welcoming front desk staff. The room was amazing. So large with all the amenities of a fancier hotel. Large and well attended breakfast room. Staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our brief visit.

We arrived at 9:30pm exhausted. I need to do laundry for my daughter for the second day, and the lady in the front desk was extremely unhelpful. When I have a problem of identifying the washer and dryer, she told me to figure out myself because she can’t leave the front desk. When I ask her to change $10 coins, she started counting bills. When I put my clothes in the wrong machine because it’s not labeled, I sucked up and turned to the other washing machine. I started putting my coins in the machine, but the amount of money did not go down, which happens pretty often in hotel, laundry machines. I came up to the front to ask for help. She told me that she doesn’t have the key so she can’t open the machine to get the coins for me, she also can’t give me my coins. I was very upset that she ca
