Best Western Plus Greenville I-385 Inn & Suites

Excellent Service and Great Stay I had a wonderful experience at this Best Western Plus! The front desk agents, Octavia and Stephanie, provided outstanding service throughout my stay. They were both professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a good variety of options and everything was fresh and well-prepared. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of clean accommodations, great amenities, and exceptional customer service from staff like Octavia and Stephanie makes this a top choice. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Great hotel! This is one of the nicer hotels we've found anywhere lately. There is plenty of parking, it's convenient to the interstate, the hotel is nicely updated, and the rooms are actually clean and looks like the pictures on their website. The breakfast was good, and my family felt safe here. There is endless dining possibilities all within a mile or two of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk was very welcoming upon checking into our room. After an exhaustive day’s adventure through Greensville SC, and driving through Laurens SC, the front desk staff was very accommodating in providing extra room supplies when asked. |Overall, good staff, and I personally enjoyed the Halloween themed decor. I wish more Best Westerns would decorate for the holidays.

I Love Best Western nice clean comfortable place. Kaylie working at the front desk is the best I have met. Shes very helpful.great attitude. ..shes feirly new but know a lot about her job.She did everything to accommodate my stay and I really appreciate it .The customers were saying great things about her..with her working there I will definitely be coming back.
