Best Western Kennesaw

The room was clean. The mattress on the bed was an inner spring and you could feel every spring. The bed slanted in one direction so you slid in that direction when you moved at night. For breakfast, there were scrambled eggs and tater-tots. The eggs were nasty and old.They tasted like they were moldy. I had to spit them out. The tater tots were quite cold and all smashed together. I stay at best western all the time and have their breakfast. This was absolutely the worst.

Both check in (in late evening) and check out (in AM) clerks were very friendly with genuine smiles. Our stay met our expectations for a quick overnight stay while traveling through.

Positive: Great staff Negative: Water coming from ceiling. Lots of water damage on ceiling. Beds need replaced-if you move in bed, it squeaks. You can feel every spring in the mattress.

Had a late check in with my dog and traffic made it an after 1am arrival. Front desk was super friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated Shar's customer service, especially at that hour after traveling 7+hours. Shar wAs very gracious and helpful. The hotel room was great, curtains wouldn't close the whole way and the front sliding door was in need of repair. Overall great experience with my dog!

OK. Pros: Decently clean room,good price, comfortable pillows and bedding, pet-friendly. Cons: Horrible breakfast (tasted like it was cooked 2 days ago and I had to throw it away), firm bed, no great place to walk or let your pet relieve itself.
