Best Western Franklin Inn

The room is clean and sizeable for 4 paxs. It has all the amenities in the room. We have an issue with sewage outflow but it was resolved with a change of room to the higher floor immediately.

All I can say is that Best Western surprised me again. I reserved the room while on the road and I was a little skeptical when I saw the outside of the Inn. Well, too my little surprise everything was and A+, from the start to the end. The staff super welcoming, professional and nice. Easy to get there, parking lot huge and safe. Location is very good, a lot of restaurants and stores around, just walking distance from everything. Hotel was very quiet. Rooms are very nice remodeled, pillows and beds were very good, lovely towels, I was fascinated with the mirror in the bathroom, the shower is another A+, they also provided good shampoo, conditioner and gel body wash. We stayed with this property during the 2026 ice storm. They helped us check in early to help us get comfortable. They were gracious managing a lot of challenging customers. Our room was basic but met all our needs. The shower was nicely updated, had security bars and had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was one of the nicest I have seen in years and we travel a lot. We were able to leave early because our power was restored and the staff was so kind; they volunteered to refund our second night. You learn a lot about people during a crisis and this property and their staff gave me great service and hospitality.

Not too difficult to find off the interstate. It was an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable and quite clean. Friendly staff check in and check out. Breakfast was well stocked, filling, and plenty of variety. Walk-in shower was spacious. No elevators if you have mobility issues. Definitely recommend the Franklin Inn!

This is a very affordable and very clean hotel. I have stayed here four times because of its cleanliness and access to everything in Nashville. Outside it looks very old but inside the rooms tell a different story. I had never eaten their breakfast before on all my stays but tried it yesterday and I was surprised. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel you won't be disappointed. I gave it a four star because of the old outside appearance of the hotel and very small gym otherwise it would have been a five star.
