No children are allowed, which makes NO sense I couldn’t keep my grand babies with me there, no company was allowed to come see you or they was at door starring you down! Never got offered clean sheets and we was there a whole week no clean towels, if you have kids or expect to have company DONT GO here!!!

The owners are too nosy they make up their own rules say you're going to have internet put in your room will he charges you extra on your monthly living best bet is to not let him or his wife know anything about you as for location here in kanawha City its 1 minute from Burger King cracker barrel and all the other places it's right in the center of kanawha City

This place is absolutely disgusting! The owners are horrible people who do everything in the motel. They have no other workers to keep up on maintenance or help with cleaning. The sheets have burn holes and stains worse then the walls and toilet which is saying something considering you aren’t allowed to flush the toilets but two times a day and there is human finkle matter on the walls and the floor around the toilet has never ever been touched by anything but germs and bugs. Avoid this place at all cost. The are money hungry liars and charge you for their mistakes! I left to go to work and hadn’t paid for the night yet, because no one was in the office before I had to leave and when I got off work they had changed the keys and wouldn’t let me even get my belongings without paying them fo

We were going to stay the night there, but the night staff lied to us about the room. He was rude to both my husband and myself. We got a look at the outside of the motel and it looked nasty. I can't comment on the inside of a room, though, because we were lied to about he availability of rooms. Both my husband and I will not come to this place ever again after being treated so rudely.

These rooms are discusting. Checked in and had to stand for three hours cause theirs so many bed bugs on the furniture you cant sit or unpack your stuff.The people are rude and are in denial can not understand English and can not speak it very well. They kept asking me and my husband over and over again what time of day we would be out of our rooms told us if they thoght we were leaving lights on while not being their they would raise the rent. They are very mean and rude and disrepctful people. I would not recommend this to anyone ever. They yelled at me for sneaking my cat in their trust and beleive that place is too dirty to even keep an animal. Also the bathroom had blood dripping down the side of the toilet and the bathroom stand up shower had scum and Mold looking stuff on the floor.
