Pool was very nice after a day of driving. Staff helpful. Breakfast nice with waffle maker. The location is very good with a few walkable resteraunts in the area. The hotel can be popular with locals enjoying the pool on the weekends. A good overnight stop im Jackson

Everything was nice. The pool was heated and the breakfast tasted better than I was expecting as I do stay at quite a few hotels and this was a better than average experience. ||Two things I feel could improve|1). Breakfast isn’t over until 9 am but no more fresh food is being put out after 8am so if (and they did) they run out of anything prepared, you’re out of luck. |2). We needed a late check out and was denied because it was the weekend yet there wasn’t many guests so could have easily accommodate my request yet still didn’t. ||As much as I enjoyed the hotel, those two items will keep me from staying there again personally. If those things are not a priority for you, it will be a nice stay

Ive always loved this hotel. Great location, the pillow top mattresses are so comfortable I had stopped staying it's been over 3 years. Because back then it was very different. Now they have the most professional and kind people. I'm loving it all over again

Got this place during the ice storm to bring 3 teenage kids to celebrate a birthday and swim, but the staff was so rude the whole time. They offer a late check out and we were going to pay and do it and they told us the rooms were full and couldn't.. seriously there was 6 inches of ice and snow, the state came to a halt and you couldn't let us pay and swim. Half the lights didn't work in our 2 rooms ,my room the outlets didn't work. This place should NOT be part of Wyndham... There are nicer hotels and they are being built all around, but this place should be your last resort!!

Positive: The jacuzzi in the suite. Negative: Nowhere was it listed that I needed a $100 cash deposit for my room and I do not typically travel with cash, the A/C was not on in the room when we arrived and breakfast was not restocked to accommodate anyone arriving to breakfast after 7 am.
