Baymont by Wyndham Greenville Woodruff Rd

Service and employees were just awesome. Breakfast offerings were simple adequate, fresh and tasty. Room was clean and comfortable. However, no refrigerator or microwave in unit. View and sounds in room from highway were horrible.

We arrived late and were made to wait an hour while housekeeping was called to start cleaning our room, when we got in the room there were no towels or washcloths and when we requested them we received two hand towels and nothing else...thus a shower was out for the morning, the linens were not clean, we also requested an extra pillow and were told they had none. The young lady who checked us in was really nice and apologetic but couldn't do anything and by the way there was a line behind us waiting on the same thing. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Positive: "" Negative: HVAC wasn’t working properly and they repaired it but it still wasn’t working properly. They ended up putting me in another room.

Walked in the lobby to find the manager arguing with someone about payment. The other employee not overly friendly but ok. Entered the room, pulled back the blanket and IMMEDIATELY noticed the sheets were dirty. The office chair was dirty and tattered and the room smelled bad. The sheets even had popcorn kernels on them. Went to cancel and she was NOT EVEN A LITTLE HELPFUL. Didn’t apologize or offer ANY thing to help fix the situation. Just pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

I came in last night around 8 pm and was met by the lively young lady named Danisia (I know I butchered that name, lol), she was so positive, smiling & just so helpful, so thank u Danisia!!!! As well as Dion when I came in for breakfast & checked out!!! Since 2020 I've used many motels from NJ to FL & by far this wins!!! Room was SUPER clean (surprised), NO roaches whatsoever & didn't have any bad smells!!! I will be back thank u!!! These ladies need a raise bc NOT MANY motel staff is that nice!!! KEEP UP the good work!!!!
