Baymont by Wyndham Franklin/Cool Springs

I would give Baymont Inn & Suites a five-star rating based on my recent two-week stay during a work trip. The room was consistently clean, the breakfast was well-prepared with good variety, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality provided. Additionally, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to assist.

Hashma(not sure of spelling) was one of the sweetest people I have ever dealt with. She addressed any concerns we had. The rooms were very clean. The staff friendly. Foods adequate. The hotel could use some updating, but the prices were fair and lots of places to eat. It is a good value for the price.

Very thankful for this hotel during the ice storm, power outage debacle. The manager was extremely kind to work with us on the situation where we may be able to check out depending when power was restored. Great hot breakfast, nice place, nice staff. Definitely a great experience in the midst of a difficult time!

Fab stay at the Baymont last night. Almost a week into our Boston to LA silver wedding anniversary roadtrip and this was the best hotel by far. Great room, beautifully clean and fresh. Bedding(my biggest fear)was great quality and immaculate. Topped off by a great free breakfast and really lovely receptionists. Highly recommend.. bargain price for what you get 👍🏻

Positive: The beds were very comfortable. Negative: Yes, the nightly deposit. They take 75 dollars per room, per night. That’s a lot if you have multiple rooms.
