APM INN & SUITES

My stay at APM Inn & Suites was decent overall. There were a few issues during my visit, including a mini fridge that leaked, a few unwelcome small critters, and a TV remote that was not functioning. That said, I slept well, was able to take a good shower, and had no issues with parking, which was very convenient. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. With a few improvements, this could be an even better stay.

This hotel is seedy, at best. The sheets were wet, and had a large stain from whatever liquid was on them. The tables had ashes all over them and burn marks. The toilet was barely standing and had a piece of wood holding it up. The room smelled of ammonia or urine. We left after being there for only five minutes and we were told we could not have a refund. The front desk workers seemed to be in denial about the issues. We were kind to them, but received very curt and uncaring responses. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. We ended up sleeping in our car instead. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

Was told many confusing details surrounding payment and ended up being gouged. Amongst these details which seem to be solely to smokescreen the final price point were promises of the only thing charged to my card was the "card only deposit" which was immediately proven to be false when the clerk charged the entirety of my stay to my credit card ......which brings me to the next falsety provided surrounding payment.... I found a deal online for $41 a night and was told they would price match, yet my two night stay (with the $50 deposit included) was $197. I was not told the price until it was charged and then was charged for a single bed room when It was well known I needed a double. I said would just book it online and get the cheaper rate and pay the deposit on site to which the response

Got to my room, door barely wanted to open, had a musky smell to the room, had stains on every table, shower was poorly cleaned aswell as the whole room, front door had no weatherstripping so all the outside noise from the road and everywhere else went straight into my room, There was bed bugs. I was only there for a hour and a half before I left. Booked 2 nights. I’d rather sleep in the Walmart parking lot in my truck.

HORRIBLE!!!! Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The photos and reviews on Expedia are misleading. The low price should have been a BIG red flag. The room was old with broken furniture, dirty and had a heavy smell of marijuana and mold. It was unbearable. When I informed the woman at the front desk, she appeared indifferent and made no effort to resolve the problem. I chose not to stay and forfeited my payment, it felt unsafe, people outside drinking and doing who knows what else. This was a very horrible experience, this place is falling apart.
