Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not book at this location. Staff is rude, unhelpful, and untrained. Motel smelled of cigarette smoke throughout the building and staff was hostile when asked for a refund. Disputed the charge and got a refund from the bank

One of the nastiest hotels in Rocky Mount! This place is basically the projects. The rooms downstairs are their tenants which is filled with roaches and people doing drugs. The smell of mildew and weed greets you at the entrance. The towels and rags they use are the same ones housekeeping uses to clean the rooms, nasty and stained filled with dog and human hair all over them. THEY have roaches and flies all in the rooms. If they feel like you’re worth something they’ll give you one of their “cleaner” rooms upstairs for a much higher price. Lady at the front desk is very rude and doesn’t want to help. No breakfast only vending machines filed with junk and frozen microwaveable food they expect you to heat up in their filthy microwaves they have in each room. The covers and sheets are very ou

I give this place a 0. It is dirty, giving off homeless, drug, and prostitution vibes. Only 1 wash cloth and towel. Dingy sheets and stained bed covers. We had to leave due to an emergency, and asked about their refund policy. The manager became cold, distant, and silent. She was rude and said, No refunds, no matter the situation. There is no written statement of this policy in their advertisement. I'm calling the BBB, and lodging a formal complaint. Do NOT EVER STAY HERE.
