We had 2 roaches in our room 1 on the sink counter and 1 coming out of the microwave Called the front to see what we could do about it and the woman said they just fumigated so we kind of brushed it off to a few left over until we got the BEDBUGS! The woman then insisted they didn’t have bedbugs without checking the room. King rooms are cool super clean they don’t have WiFi since it’s so far from the office you pay for WiFi but you won’t be able to use it ——————————- ***PRO*** Krystal was the gem about this place she helped fix our reservation We booked through Expedia and once we got to the location the reservation was nowhere in their system Krystal’s Manager was not able to be reached to help reach resolution and it was about 8p so we feel Krystal should’ve been able to make decisions

after cancelling a stay within the allotted time period seeking a refund I was told by the front desk clerk that my refund would be promptly returned to my credit card. after one month and three phone calls to the manager she said she didn't receive my payment. Well, guess what? The management denied my refund claiming I never requested my refund, lying to my credit card company claiming I never cancelled!. therefore, no refund, over $330.00 USD. Not only they are totally dishonest, but gave me the runaround claiming they never received my payment, but charged it to my credit card.|My advice- get it in writing, don't believe anyone over the phone, and by all means NEVER RESERVE A ROOM OR STAY AT AMERICAN INN in CARLISLE PA.

Great staff,low key, pretty and has a secluded feel to it while still being in all the business areas. Definitely competitive rates, especially for the area. My Favorite motel yet.

Look im not a person that leaves reviews but this is insane! I got to be here for a lengthy time, so they put me right beside a room that's being renovated and all day long constant banging, saws running all day! This place is huge yet they put me next door to this! I go to the desk and was told it's all they have available. (Lol) I work at night and sleep during the day and it's impossible! The front desk advertises free Wi-Fi and guess what ? (IT DOESN'T WORK!) I called the front desk today and was told they are currently working on it So no there is no wifi! Then today I went up for a roll of toilet paper and they told me I can't have none because I got a roll 2 days ago! (Lol) What kind of hotel is so broke they have a count sheet for each room (lol) This is my first time here and defi
