AMC Jefferson Point 18

Seats suck they need to close this place down and update it completely. The screen sucks. Drinks are like syrup. Popcorn is old. Wont be back. Sad how much you pay to go see a movie $25 just for 2 adults and snacks $26 total $56 and its not a good experience. Bathrooms were clean. Theater was not popcorn was all over the floor. I see why this movie theater wasn’t packes and everyone in Fort Wayne goes to the other one. We will continue to go to that one too.

Grew up loving this place. Petty charges like $5 convenience fees to order your own tickets online, even for AMC members, are why you won't catch me in this theater again. Do better.

If I could give lower I would First help at counter was awful place had about 10 people waiting and help was just walking around as we all wait. We a members so in that lane and still didn’t get waited on. Finally we get a head nod so walk up and we do want to get popcorn pass the new scam as it turns out bz no more yearly buckers to buy. It’s 29.99 for a year that gets you 1/2 off a large popcorn so use it 6 times pays for it and we love movie going and can be used at any AMC bz it’s loaded on your ap so we thought ok not a super deal considering this place is just a mess anymore but when the gal said it went activate for today so we would have to spend another $10.97 for our large popcorn today. So basically you are spending $41 so that makes it not a deal. And we chose not to do it b

Big and roomy with armrests that lift and connect the seats. (Great for cuddling 😉) Just wish the seats were softer and would recline and heat like the Defiance theater. But this is just your average big movie theater that shows lots of options.
