Altamonte Springs Hotel and Suites

My opinion: Good for a cheap quick sleep, but don't expect it to smell great when you come in. Also, don't trust the hours advised on Google. They close by whatever time they have written on the paper on their door. Getting someone to check me in after 9pm was difficult. Our room smelled moldy or fishy and it wasn't quite pleasant to stay. Bathroom smelled like a sewer, bathtub had pube hair, the bed wasn't the cleanest. Microwave, wow, no one cleaned it ever or something? The blinds were broken. Felt very uncomfortable. Stay at your own discretion and safety.

If i could give them zero stars i would ! Please do not book this hotel. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I want to make sure others are aware before they spend their money here. When I arrived, the outside already looked questionable, but I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. As soon as I got to my room, guests were outside smoking weed, and the entire property looked extremely run-down. My room door looked like it had been kicked in and even had a hole in it. It took several attempts just to get it open because it was so poorly fitted. Inside the room was even worse. There was mold on the walls, in the bathroom, and even on the artwork. Wanna give a huge shout-out to the great customer service I received the week that I stayed. Plus today I had a tough day with the family and appreciated the help and understanding that the ladies in the front desk gave me and my entire family. And the huge patience. Thank you Chrissy, Kaitlyn, and Sabrina and everyone else who helped out even the lady from house keeping. Positive: They have a pool although I didn't use it. The office staff were also friendly and accommodating. Negative: The room was dirty, hair in the bathtub and shower, curtain had mold at the bottom. And the shower curtain rail fell off. They provided shampoo and conditioner and lotion in tiny bottles but no soap (luckily I brought some).

I booked a room at your motel back in May 2025. I had to cancel the reservation. I had until October 29 to do so without being charged. I canceled on October 28. However you people still charged my credit card for $69.95! You had no right to do that. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint against you. You never even got back to the Better Business Bureau. I must be reimbursed from your business in the amount of $69.95 immediately. I had already contacted hotels.com and they also informed me it is your responsibility to reimburse me from this unauthorized charge. I realize you have done this to others as well.
