Aloft Nashville Franklin

Definitely a three star experience - not great, not terrible. Varies drastically by who was working that day. For example: we paid for a package that included vouchers for hot breakfast as well as a “signature cocktail” every day. Depending on who we were talking to, they either knew exactly what we were talking about, or we had to convince them to give us what we paid for. Pretty strange. Room was okay (see picture for the state of the sheets upon our arrival), housekeeping definitely needs some work. And please throw out sheets that already have stains, gross! Comforter was about as thin as a napkin (see photo). Building itself was 3.5/5 on cleanliness (see other photo of gum randomly stuck in the hallway floor). There were other stains on the floor of our room. Probably wouldn’t stay

My family visited the area to take my daughter to the American Girl store in the Galleria. When we arrived we were blown away with how beautiful the lobby was. The hotel staff was amazing and interacted with my children. They let us know there would be live entertainment and the breakfast procedures. The room was beautiful. We used to pool and I did some work from home tasks from the lobby. Everything was wonderful. No complaints. I also noticed many guests with dogs which were well behaved. I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely the best hotel for the price.

Just felt utilitarian at best unlike Alofts I’ve stayed in elsewhere. Elevator was old and loud. Room smelled funky and mildewy. AC was loud but helped drown out some of the interstate noise. Bed was comfortable but it was super soft. Room just felt used and sort of musty. Truly bad towels. Front desk was fine but kind of seemed pained to have to talk to me when I was checking in late at night. I’ll pay a bit more for the local Marriott or Hilton next time.

Miss Jennifer Brown and Jonathan working at the Brentwood location were Amazing. I had to stay there with my dog in an ice storm and these employees slept at the hotel to take care of all the guests that were staying there due to no power at their homes. I would highly suggest this hotel and want to Thank Miss Jennifer and Jonathan for their kindness and excellent customer service during our stay.

I’ve stayed at Aloft on 3 different occasions. Once overnight and twice on an extended weekend. Up to this point I’ve had no complaints. On my last visit our room was not cleaned, trash was not dumped and towels weren’t replaced. After a day of sightseeing, we returned to our room to prepare for dinner. Nothing had been touched. We couldn’t even shower. When I called the front desk we were told the policy is every other day. Btw our room was cleaned daily on the last weekend visit. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and did her best to help by bringing fresh towels and taking the used towels away. Also the bar was out of a lot of items Saturday night. It’s a beautiful space but there was definitely a lack of service.
