Aloft Jacksonville Airport

After an extremely early departure to the airport, Johnny was unbelievably helpful! I parked at Aloft for an early morning flight on 7 Jan 2026. She provided me with the full details of transport to and from the airport as well as instructions on parking. She notified the driver that we were departing 20 before the hour and gave me the parking pass. Once at the airport I wasn't certain that I displayed the pass. After several minutes I called back to the hotel and explained that while rushing (and not fully awake) I wasn't sure if I displayed the pass. I asked if she could verify it was on the dash of my vehicle. She said absolutely. After a brief hold, she told me that I did in fact have it and wished me safe travels. Johnny went above and beyond. Sometimes basic is best. Check-in was efficient. Requested a quiet room and it was what I got. The King room was clean, at the end of hallway. Everything works. The bed was firm enough to deliver a good night sleep. Walking distance to nearby fast food joints and frequently airport shuttle service.

Positive: Cleanliness, staff, design. Negative: The king room is sized nice, but designed wrong. There’s barely walking space where the bed is. Also, the TVs are not HDMI friendly. Perhaps they are outdated.

Nice place. Very convenient. being right next to the airport. Rooms were very typical and clean. Padre checked us in and was awesome. Great personality which made the experience a lot better. Great customer service

Terrible experience got charged 400 dollars just from people walking by my room never came inside but walking by my room saying the front smells like weed….mind u I didn’t even bring any marijuana to the hotel and got charged 400 and they told me it’s nothing they can do about it… Also terrible with room service when you need something and call the front desk it takes them the longest to come….just all around a bad experience wouldn’t recommend don’t get fooled by the nice loby… I was itching in their sheets too while sleeping at night all this stuff piled on and the 400 dollar charge For absolutely no reason topped it off. They never came inside the room to see if it was actually smoke in the room just going based from the outside of my room and I got charged just from the smell jus would
