Aloft BWI Baltimore Washington International Airport

Not the four seasons but also not four seasons pricing :) 3 minute ($12) uber ride from airport. Does the trick for a night before or after a flight! Our room smelt like urine so we asked to move and they moved us right away. The second room was fine! Hotel itself is showing wear and tear (my blinds were ripped) but it was honestly fine and felt clean. Check in was easy.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The front desk girls were so incredibly rude- I've never before been talked over, interrupted, &:shouted at when trying to explain our reservation. It was unbelievable. I still can't believe anyone who would treat hotel guests that way could ever be hired. When we made our reservation, the Customer Service Representative reassured us that our very late flight would be no problem, that he was making notes on our reservation that we need a late check in (2am) & that even though it's outside their regular shuttle service hours, they would still pick us up anyways. But when we arrived at the airport and I called for pickup, she refused to send anyone and took no steps to help us, but just repeated their normal operating hours multiple times and said there's

The location is perfect for staying when you're departing the airport and is also very close to many places for food and drink. The bar at the hotel is also great! My room was quite nice. I will definitely consider staying here again! Kate, at the front desk, was very helpful and pleasant to interact with!

Disappointed in upkeep of hotel. Initially hotel was great place to stay. Well maintained high standards. Great rates. Not sure if management changed but hotel is falling down around the guests and no one seems to know this is unacceptable. Only one elevator works and rear area with ample parking is unavailable because door is out of order. Alternative is to park in the rear and walk around the building to get to the front while dragging belongings through the parking lot. Not really an alternative. The real problem is these issues have been at this Aloft for at least 6 months. Staff keeps me coming back but the best people are also leaving. Absolutely no smoking hi el but starting to smell marijuana smoke on elevators. Hmmm.... Hilton shares parking lot.🤔

Positive: Parking is way to expensive for signs to be posted that they are not responsible for your vehicle. Negative: That ths only time I waz acknowledged by the front desk agents was after I acknowledged them. With the exception of the gentleman who worked night audit. Was reading my morning devotionals and felt a tingling sensation on my head and it was a roach.
