AC Hotel Jacksonville St Johns Town Center

Having stayed at another hotel nearby in March at a similar price point, the AC Hotel felt noticeably superior, even though I thought the previous property was quite good at the time. For a brand that isn’t considered a premium Marriott offering, I was genuinely impressed. The room was minimalist but very well appointed, with a clean, modern feel. The location is within easy walking distance of much of the dining and shopping at St. Johns Town Center, though we chose to drive since it was a bit chilly during our stay. Given that it was New Year’s Eve, I expected the hotel to be busier, but the quiet, relaxed atmosphere was actually a pleasant surprise. What a great experience. This was my first stay at this hotel and I was welcomed warmly at reception with a seamless check-in and check-out. The room was modern and very clean, with two complimentary bottles of water. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed for a great night’s rest. The food and service during the conference were particularly good, and overall the customer care and service were excellent. It's close to all the amenities, and plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance.I would happily stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for the events that we were in town to attend. The staff was so friendly. They all spoke whenever we were leaving or returning. The room was clean & comfortable. However, a microwave is needed. The mattress was a little too soft & the reviews about the thin walls & floors are true. We were grateful that it wasn't too bad. Oh, and the shopping was great!

Let me first start by saying that I am a fan of AC hotels generally. This one just fell short. Room walls paper I could hear the next-door neighbors alarm clock going on and on and on toilets, flushing people coughing people above me, walking on the faux wood flooring this location is just built very poorly. In my opinion shower water drips out of the fixture, making showering miserable. Nice Front Desk staff, but did not acknowledge Bonvoy status can hear the freeway from the room as well. Location is convenient in an upscale mall so that will be a plus for some several walking distance. Restaurants to choose from. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again, simply because of the tractor. It’s hard to get a good nights sleep with all the noise and hearing every room above below and side

I really had nice stay. The hotel was immaculate.  Great location… nice everything. When i say everything… everything! I will definitely be visiting again!
