When you book through booking.com, the hotel gets a virtual credit card that they can then charge to receive the money you originally paid for the room. Upon check-in they also collected a credit card from me to ensure they have something to charge in case I decide to leave the room in ruins. (I tend to not do that, but here we are.)||On the day of check-out, I step up to the front desk, tell them my room number. The lady there sees two credit cards on file and literally just picks one instead of asking me which one I want charged.||It ended up being my own credit card and not the booking virtual one. Had my bank not notified me immediately, I would have found out two months later without any way of disputing the charges.||Make sure to tell them to check which credit card they have on file

Positive: Quiet Negative: Every time we went outside of our room, our keys reset and we had to take them back to the front desk to get replaced. Also the only ice was on bottom floor and staff was usually not at the checkout desk

Im a disabled person and I called down stairs for towels at 130 pm he told me it would be up in 15 mins I got my towels at 2am when I went downstairs to get them. Lying workers at this hotel. But the rooms and hotel was clean .Breakfast was good but the grits was running be OK. Just make sure you not in a hurry going to get ice take you a good 11 scoop to fill your bucket they the smallest scooper.

Booked a stay for one night, it was good. Clean and had hot water. Just what I needed for accommodations. Staff was polite. Would definitely stay here again. Edit: They were short on towels!
