During my frequent stays at this establishment, I consistently enjoy a positive and memorable experience. The team’s exceptional hospitality and genuine concern for guest well-being create a welcoming atmosphere. I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay. The suite room size was extremely generous. But most importantly--when there was a minor issue with my room, the staff response was outstanding: prompt, courteous, and responsive. Kudos to the team there. I'll definitely be back.

Hotel was very clean and quiet and comfortable as always. Second time staying at this location when in town. Only reason for 4star because it was one minor issue in my room ladybugs coming through the seals of the window. No big deal. Still enjoyed my stay.

Positive: The room was decent size and well soundproofed. However the hotel was sparsely occupied so that may have bn the operative factor. Negative: Inconsistent maid service. Charges for park (no options, not well advertised). Charges for items not purchased. Daily holds placed on credit cards for unexplained and unnecessary purposes.
