Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel & Conference Center

I was only at the hotel to attend the conference, but I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Robert P and he was such a joy to have as a server! He was so attentive and polite and a charming personality! I absolutely loved his energy. I’m extremely appreciative of Robert and I really looking forward to my next visit at this beautiful hotel. ❤️❤️-JT & Gabbie from Atlanta

Great staff and service... But frankly the rooms need a refresh. They have the old lamps with the outlets in the base. Half of them were very used/loose and didn't work. Additionally, the bathroom layout was less than ideal... Our room needed a pocket door or some other layout - you'd have to scrunch in the corner to get to the shower. Finally, the bathroom had a round toilet... Elongated toilets have been the standard for how long? So yeah, great property, but they need a room refresh... I'd expect more from a conference center/high traffic hotel w the Hilton name.

Positive: Clean- comfy bed Negative: Overpriced food & drink. Just a stop on a road trip- was expecting something fancy- but this resort was all about golf. I ordered a nonalcoholic drink and my husband had a drink with two shots of rum and they both cost $14 each! Really crazy prices

It’s a very comfortable hotel. The staff are really friendly. The bar food is just ok. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and consistently prepared. Rooms are quiet. Nice amenities in the bathroom.

It is a massive, extremely beautiful and exotic property. The rooms are old and sound outdated. The restaurants are hardly operational for full day and have a very limited menu. The most terrible part is the boring and poor brekfast spread which is the same each day you stay for as long as possible. The staff at the breakfast is rude, indifferent and certainly need a reorientation course in hospitality and how to deal or behave with guests. The bar staff are very good. Hillton certainly needs to invest in sorting out the mess.
