The service provided by the staff is near 5 Star. Noise levels super low - very quiet, amenities - standard, atmosphere is friendly and at ease. Tips for them - the rooms are very clean but - hit the phones, door knobs and light switches. Renovation is good but you need to replace the toilets to today's standards to at least 17 inches. The lighting is very poor - everything is dark and orange. Bring back iridescent soft bulbs so guests can read and put on their makeup and generally, see. The fixtures also should be upgraded. Lastly the shower needs a drape that will not allow the water to spill out and they need to replace the shower valve and handles as well as the sink faucet. A more modern square look is recommended and for great water pressure, Symmons Industries is the way to go. Rott

Rooms appeared to be clean and in order. Staff was very friendly. Didn't care much for the breakfast as it was not included in the price and there were better options close by. Would stay again though.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. Room smelled fragrant. When checked in the person at the front desk was polite and answered all my questions. Negative: The blanket was outdated and stained. The water in a shower was running hardly warm. Some staff could be reminded in a training that they are in a customer service business.

We was visiting for MLK weekend and my husband wanted to stay in Marietta so we booked a room at the courtyard, not what I expected. I always do a wipe down on my rooms since COVID but you can tell that it wasn’t clean. I got a shot of liquor from the bar and the glass wasn’t clean, I could see fingerprints on the glass. Then the walls so thin…..the person in the next room decided to take a call at 430 in the morning talking LOUD!!!!!! The shower was the best part because we had been walking back and forth in the historic district of MLK. I would’ve left at 6 but I had my grandsons with me and it was all for them and they enjoyed the experience.

It does not matter what you reserve; they will not honor it. The elevator was broken, and the lobby restaurant was out of half of its food items. There are too many other hotels in the area to bother staying at this one. I have traveled to this area 3 times in the last 2 years and anticipate many more trips, but I will not be staying here again.
