Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark Hotel

Would've rated this 5 stars if not for the $10 room change fee that was charged but never communicated to me. I got this room for about $70 and for that price, it was pretty decent. I just needed a quiet place to sleep for the night. Location was good and I was glad that one side of the building was completely facing away from the highway. Parking here was also free. I reserved this place on Booking.com and specifically put in a request to get a room facing away from the highway. The first room I got faced the highway. I had my room changed and when I tried to enter the new room, the key card wouldn't work. Not knowing if it was a keycard issue or dead battery in the lock, I went up and down the elevator around 6 times before the receptionist finally came up with a tool to unlock the doo

We were traveling south for the winter with our RV and needed a place to stay that would accommodate our RV. They were able to accommodate our need and put us in a room with a direct view of our unit. Lula, the lady that checked us in did an excellent job.

Positive: The staff was wonderful. I didn?t have a single bad experience with anyone we interacted with. They were all helpful and kind. Everything seemed clean and safe as far as I could tell which was a plus. And parking was free. Negative: The beds were soooo hard. I had to request 4 more pillows for us to sleep comfortably. The parking spaces were a bit tight and had a hard time getting in and out. And the air was very stuffy. The second and third floors were super hot in the hallways.

We booked last minute and arrived around midnight. The front desk was very nice and got us in our room quickly. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. The bathroom was stocked and clean. Breakfast was great! Hot and fresh bacon, eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, bread goods, fruit, yogurt, etc. definitely a great stay.

Great customer service. Housekeeping amazing. Long term front desk staff are very caring and go above and beyond for customers. I requested first floor and received with no hesitation. Friendly. Timely service. Highly recommend.
