Hotel Weston - Ballpark Marietta GA

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s weekend, and after doing plenty of research and reading tons of reviews, our experience truly exceeded expectations. Check-in is done through a kiosk with a virtual assistant. It was slightly challenging at times due to minor technical issues like the audio cutting out, but nothing that couldn’t be managed. There is also a staff member available at the front desk during check-in and check-out hours if you need assistance, though you won’t see them much throughout the rest of the day. We stayed on the first floor, and our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and neatly prepared. The bathroom was large and well-stocked with toiletries on both the sink and in the shower. Hotel Weston was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

DO NOT STAY HERE – ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE||If I could leave zero stars, I would. We only ended up at the Weston Hotel because every decent hotel in the city was fully booked due to four major events. This was our last resort — and it turned out to be the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.||Let’s start with the room. It was a disaster:| • No toilet paper except a used roll with one flimsy sheet left. When we asked about it, the man claiming to be the manager (possibly the owner) gave an excuse about the cleaning crew being out and only having one new staff member. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.| • The toilet didn’t flush properly and backed up with every use.| • The shower spout was broken, spraying water everywhere except where it should go.| • The sink unit

Brand new clean facility with great employees. Quiet place. You can tell they are still getting it together (renovating) but when it’s all done it will be a great place!

Looks like some other people had a decent experience here, but i was pretty unfortunate with mine. When you first walk in there's a Virtual kiosk which they were pretty understanding and nice for the most part but it just really threw me off it was awkward, uncomfortable, and quite strange. So, The bathroom wall had two patches, the room key chose when it wanted to work, the air conditioner unit was making a loud squealing noise and the filter in it was super dirty and full which made my girlfriend sneeze a lot , and they didn't give us the right remote to the TV (it was a roku tv and wouldn't even connect to the wifi. they had a direct tv remote in there ) and one of the handles on the drawer that the microwave was on top of was broken off and to top it all off i had to use the bathroo
