We arrived later in the njght, early morning. (2:00am)- we waited for 28 minutes before we got some help to check in! called the front desk where I was standing, 8 times and it did nothing.🙄 then, he checks us in, and says "so only 2 adults?" umm, no sir, 2 adults and the 4 kids standing with us. he says, "you didnt list them" ...ok, and? we forgot, and the hotel doesn't charge extra for kids, so whats the issue? 🙄 check out is at 11am. I called at 7:30 in the morning, to the front desk to request a later check out, (from my phone because the phone in room doesnt work). housekeeping is pounding on the door at 11:02, I told them I requested a later check out. 11:58, knocking again. as we're gathering up our belongings, they wait outside the door and watch. 🙄 the screen in our window, was co

Positive: Close to Airport Negative: “TV” is 5 local channels Shower had mold growing in tile grout, spiders and furniture appeared to have cigarette burns in it. It was a short stay before driving home so it was okay for the 12 hours we were there.

A truly impressive stay that warrants a top rating. The room was exceptionally nice and clean, providing a highly comfortable environment. The entire front desk team was professional and helpful. A special commendation goes to Harry, a front desk staff member whose dedication to service was outstanding. Recognizing my fatigue upon arrival, he ensured a very quick check-in, and additionally assisted in securing an impressively affordable rate for the room. Based on the combination of pristine quality and superb, efficient service, this hotel is highly recommended.

It was very busy and not quiet. The room was ok-ish. The service was good. The Lady at check-in was really nice. The breakfast was a typical continental. The noise level was the worst part. I was woken up several times throughout the night. Not exactly a good suburban family stay choice.

The room was a little out dated but the room was clean the gentlemen at front desk was nice and funny. Breakfast wasn’t horrible not a big selection but still good. But we had a great time all togeather!
