We have never stayed here before. The hotel was wonderful. Very clean. Very well priced. This staff was absolutely amazing! Especially Tressa, Who we met on day one. She was beyond attentive to guests needs. She is an absolute asset to this hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice Luxury Hotel with an outstanding friendly, helpful, staff. Plenty of parking, indoor swimming pool, full size gym with state of the art equipment ready for any routine. Also included with your stay, a delicious Breakfast is ready every morning...Eggs, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, bread toasted if you'd like Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Coffee, Milk , tea and hot Chocolate. I also enjoyed The complimentary Coffee my Girlfriend loved their one of many teas these two beverages are offered 24hrs Daily. I'd like to add, this place is but less than 10 min from the Grand Rapids Airport (GRR). I highly recommend AmericInn. Enjoy your stay, Adam Carrillo

Positive: It was clean, clean, clean! The staff was nice and very helpful. Negative: Hopefully you don't need to make a left hand turn out of the parking lot, but honestly I liked everything!

Overall a good experience. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was satisfactory. No problems with the TV or Internet. We liked saving 15 percent at the Brann's Steakhouse next door. We felt safe staying here. The parking lot was adequately lit at night. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered plenty of choices such as apple juice, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, eggs, sausage, muffins, etc. I will be staying here again and recommend this hotel property.

I stayed at this hotel while in town for my uncle’s funeral, and the experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. The property is outdated and not clean. The hair dryer in the room did not work, which was frustrating but minor compared to what followed. At approximately 3:30 AM, I was woken up by a loud domestic dispute in a neighboring room. I called the front desk to report it, and shortly after, the sheriff was knocking on their door. Needless to say, I got little to no sleep before a funeral. I understand that the incident itself was not the hotel’s fault. However, how it was handled afterward absolutely was. No apology was offered to me at any point. Despite clearly being affected by the situation—and visibly shaken—I was offered nothing. Meanwhile, I have multiple resource
