Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls

Very quiet. It was during Black Friday. Clean. Staff courteous. Gym was large and roomy. No machine weights, just free weights and cardio machines. Have gym mats. Room was nice but we got the bad view. Wish they would’ve given a free upgrade to a nicer view considering how empty the hotel was perfect location. Very close to the boarder. Had to pay for parking.

Pros, customer service was great, ladies were very pleasant and welcoming. We found dive blocks to play with at the pool, which made our experience great. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Cons, hotel is run down, much like the are. The elevators are a little scary up to the seventh floor. There is no hot tub.

Positive: The exceptional friendly help that the check out employee gave us. Negative: The hotel staff at check in did not notify us of anything! No pool hours, no breakfast hours, no check out details, no ice machine, vending machine options! NOTHING!The gentleman that was there at my time of check in, was RUDE!

Very nice place. They have a great pool and Jacuzzi. The air conditioner stopped working in our room. We called down and a service man came up and replaced the unit for the air conditioner and it ran perfectly. Very fast service, very courteous and friendly, very reasonable rates.

I was going to give four stars because the location is great, the one front desk staff person was really friendly (the other one, not so much…I wish I could remember their names to give credit to the nice one), and the rooms are clean. However, there is no free breakfast, which at this price is really unacceptable and while the rooms are clean, the carpet in the room was very sticky. You can tell they vacuumed and the beds were clean and the bathroom was clean, but the floors were very sticky for some unknown reason. Also, be aware that the walls are quite thin! We had families with kids staying on either side of us and even at midnight the kids were being loud, which is not the fault of the hotel, but even the parents talking at regular volume could be heard fairly clearly through the wal
