Comfort Inn The Pointe

Great location, close to the border. Rooms were a bit dirty, dirty pillowcases, and bathroom was outdated and some hair in the shower so we just went to bed. Was woken up at 6am from the frontdesk asking if I ordered DoorDash at 2am, even though I was on my own, and the names didn't match. Breakfast was absolutely horrible - stale bread, terrible tasting sausage gravy to go on top of bag eggs, no milk for cereal, and no batter for waffles and no employees to tell. Wouldn't stay here again, and glad we got it on a discount.

I had pleasant experience at this hotel, Room was surprisingly Very Clean, even the bathroom, public spaces was inviting, staff Knew there function, great for family's. FREE BUFFET STYLE BREAKFAST was a plus ..CUTS off at 10am .... But it's untimely the outter environment did it for me ..convenient of the location to the state park .. nothing beat the view of falls... it was closer to Falls

Hotel room was clean and quiet. Within walking distance to most attractions. Breakfast was great for quick meal. Parking lot was secure. We felt safe the entire visit. Only complaint is they should stock extra roll of toilet paper in room, especially if roll has less then a quarter remaining , front desk acted put out when we asked for a roll. We would stay again.

I had a smooth stay. I loved that it was close to the Niagara Falls state park and the rainbow Bridge...a walkable distance. The hotel also offer a decent breakfast spread everyday which I enjoyed. There are varieties of Indian restaurants (the ones I tried had delicious food). I definitely recommend this hotel to those visiting Niagara Falls NY.

Had a 4 night stay a few weeks ago. We arrived literally 3 hours early. Gentleman at the front desk let us know unfortunately we were way too early, understandable. He did accommodate us with a place to relax because the lobby seating was taken. Not even 30 minutes later he came in to let me know he freed up a room for us. I was so grateful as we had been traveling since 5am from Florida. The room we were given was super clean and exactly the perfect size for us. I had read complaints about outside noise and we did not encountered any of that. This has been the perfect stay. We will definitely book here againn again. Location was fantastic.
