Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

I recently visited Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The place is beautifully maintained and has a very lively atmosphere the moment you walk in. The casino floor is spacious, well organized, and offers a huge variety of games, which makes it exciting for both first-time visitors and regular players. What really stood out to me was the overall ambience. The lighting, design, and energy of the place create a very vibrant and entertaining environment. Everything felt clean, professional, and well managed. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Whether you’re visiting for gaming, dining, or just to enjoy the atmosphere near Niagara Falls, this place definitely adds to the overall experience of the trip.

Large spacious hotel, sadly on America side of falls. There is really nothing on American side. We took a uber to discount village but many stores closed. (That said there was bargains to be had) You can walk over to Canada side in under 30minutes. You pay a $1.50 to cross and need passports. There is more options on Canadian side to eat and for entertainment.|The hotel is ok if you want to use casino but the restrictions for smooth movement around complex is difficult and frustrating. If carrying a bag or under 21 you are not allowed in casino ! you must have an escort, while understandable some staff were upset and angry that our 17-19-20 year olds had to come between hotel and eateries on other side of casino to exit complex. Very bad design !!! They should have walkway suitable or

First time visiting and really enjoyed myself. Didn’t win any money but played for a while and had a good time. Would recommend the casino part, we didn’t stay in the rooms. They also have a small convient store in there that sells cheap cigarettes (generic one kind) but deff worth it! Clint was helpful & very friendly. Highly recommended! Jeremiah at the casino door was also amazing! We chatted for quite some time. Enjoyed his company.

I recently stayed at Seneca Niagara Hotel and wanted to share a concern about the amount of smoking throughout the property. The smoke seemed to be everywhere, even in areas that are supposed to be non-smoking. It made the environment uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy the stay. I understand that casinos sometimes allow smoking in certain areas, but it would really help guests if the smoking sections were better controlled or limited so that smoke does not spread throughout the hotel and common areas. I hope the hotel can take steps to better manage this issue and create a cleaner, more comfortable environment for all guests. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I had a very bad experience with Suzanne, one of the receptionists on the checkout morning. She did not have professional manners and was not willing to give any information when asked about the deposits I made. I was surprised to witness her abrupt communication skills which are rare in hospitable sectors. I think the staff working at receptions are an image of the hotels and Suzanne’s behaviour and manners compromised the Seneca Hotel and Resort’s reputation.The reason I write this review is to improve the staff performance and I do not have any intention to damage the particular staff’s career.Many Thanks.
