Better than expected! The room is super spacious and with a bathtub, fridge, coffee machine and great TV, it was everything we needed and more. Super friendly staff and nice enough swimming pool, plus the reception hall is super warm and inviting, and the breakfast exceeded expectations with it's waffle iron! Highly recommend.

Very clean and so comfortable !! The bed was extremely comfortable and very cozy. I appreciate that since so many hotels have horrible broken down mattresses. This room was basic but kept clean and in great condition. The room temperature was easy to adjust , the fridge was cold and the shower was clean and no problem with clogged drain. I’ve stayed several places in this area and have put up with so many disappointing beds.clogged drains , and leaking sink pipes all over bathroom floor. This room was such a pleasant surprise. The tv was newer and all channels were great. There was always a very friendly smiling person at the desk ready to help or assist in a most professional way. Positive: the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good location. Bathroom was very clean. Lots of breakfast options. Coffee and other beverages available in the lobby. Negative: Bathroom too dark-needs a lighted makeup mirror. Shampoo, conditioner, & lotion provided smelled awful-need a neutral scent. Room was mostly clean but there were some crumbs on the desk chair and my allergies were aggravated. Lobby/elevator were too warm.

We stayed three nights in October. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable with nice linens. Though they don't have housekeeping every day, we had no issues getting additional towels and supplies as needed. The staff at the desk and the room service people were very helpful. The location was safe and good for shopping and restaurants. It was a short, easy drive to the Niagara Falls state park area. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa were available throughout the day and evening. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The breakfast area is smaller than most hotels and a bit crowded at times, but most days it was fine. There is a Tim Horton's Coffee & Bakery just down the street which gives another option for breakfast. The price point for the room was very

Love this hotel. This is our second time here. Everytime we come to Niagara Falls we always stay at this hotel. It's clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice size and are always clean.
