Algiers Motel

A good, clean, comfortable room. A good deal if you're looking for a "no frills" budget room. Our room had 2 queen beds, fridge, microwave, tv, large bathroom with tub/shower and good water pressure. The only amenity was old dried out bar of soap. No shampoo, tissues and not even pen or paper. The loud heater kept waking me up throughout the night but at least there was heat. A second non-working fridge still had some food left in it. Yuck! I would suggest to owners to install a deadbolt lock since the rooms are at street level and easy targets. A better thicker window curtain would be nice too for more privacy since the rooms all face the street and parking lot and headlights can shine right in the room. Lucky for us there were lots of vacancies and not many cars. Also watch out for the

Great little place!! Super impressed! For a "no frills" motel this is definitely the place to be! Very friendly owner, clean rooms!! Mini fridge and microwave! 5 min drive away from most shopping,restaurants etc...walking distance to a bowling alley with karaoke for some drinks and fun! Definitely a great budget friendly and comfortable place to stay 100% will stay here again.

Nice clean we had 2 queen beds a little hard but i would rather that then sink in bed. Nice big bathroom my only issue was could of used a coffee pot and in the shower a hand rail. With my knee had a little trouble getting out of the shower. Would stay again.

We only stayed one night. The staff was friendly and the room wasn’t bad. It was recommended by the travel center because we hadn’t planned to stay. Cheap and clean were our only requests and he delivered. It made a nice place to sleep before driving back home.

Nice clean room, large bathroom, refrigerator, cable tv. It was an inexpensive nice place to lay our heads. We really appreciated how accommodating they were in comparison to some of the other hotels on the strip. We got In town early Saturday Morning and needed a place to get dressed for a wedding. We knew it would be a stretch to try and find a room in between check out and check in times. We went to other hotels/motels that were trying to make us pay for Friday and Saturday or pay for a two night minimum. The Algiers gave us the room at 8am in the morning and we payed for one day. That was awesome and we really appreciated they did that for us. I don't know if that went against their policy or not. I would stay here again!
