Sheraton Niagara Falls

We had an enjoyable staycation. The pool area was great. It had a big heated pool, hot tub and lots of tables and chair to use. Towels were provided so it was very convenient. There was an aquarium for lots of fish and a pond for smaller fish. We brought our own swimming vest for the kids. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower had a shower head and a handle so it was easier to rinse/bathe the kids. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided. We had to pay for parking ($20+tax / day) Inside the building, there is Starbucks, arcades and Rainforest Cafe. There is also tunnel access to the casino. The area has lots of food to choose from and lots of activities to do. Finally, the staff were all so friendly and nice. Our family had a blast.

I took my kids here for a quick one day trip. We loved the hotel. The cafe was very unique and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the large pool & hot tubs. The arcade was a fun little place to hang out and play some games. Our room wasn’t finished being cleaned when we arrived. We had to wait about an hour but the hotel was very nice and gave us an upgrade for our wait. Which was super kind of them. We would certainly stay here again.

The recently remodeled room was great! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Ashley was wonderful getting us checked in, and Melissa took us on a tour of the amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend stay.

This hotel needs to get it together. Although the staff were friendly and kind.... The knob in the shower is basically just a request... warm, then cool, then firey hot, then freezing.... Purchased the package deal and couldn't use things included. Balloon ride was not operating because of the wind, the $15 free slot play for two at the casino couldn't be used for 24 hours AFTER you establish an account with the casino... One of the hot tubs was out of order, the drink coupons are for a restaurant/bar that no longer exists... Basically false advertising. And as far as the rainforest cafe goes... INSANELY overpriced and the food sucked. Made the best of our time but very disappointed with our "package deal".

The hotel was excellent! The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!
