WoodSpring Suites Toledo Maumee

I had an excellent stay at WoodSpring Suites! The location is perfect — right next to the highway, which made getting around quick and convenient. Manager Tiara and front desk associate Alyssa were both outstanding. They were professional, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly during my stay. Their customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. The rooms were always nice and clean, and a big thank you to the two housekeeping staff members who kept everything spotless. You can tell the team takes pride in maintaining the property. Overall, excellent service all around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location!

This is the worst place to stay. Starting from checking at the desk to the room itself. Staff isn't knowledgeable, GM not available when needed, stayed for almost 2 months and no service was offered. Bed is horrible not a bed at all more like a futon pillows low low low quality. Towels aren't clean. Excuses for no service are no staff. Tried to pay for my room and the desk person said idk how to process or take a payment. A homely looking man keeps staring at my family. He's always there and very scary not sure if he is a guest or a worker. Smoking too close to entrance not 25 ft as should. There is no Manager to run the staff. Refuses to provide receipt for the week I paid. Whoever owns this hotel please get a better or a manager to help turn this hotel into a better place.

This particular establishment has only been open (recently built) for a few months. The overall condition of the rooms was poor. Poor construction, not what we expected. Upon arriving to our room, we found our room cold (it’s winter here) and the window open. The lobby had a significant smell of natural gas every time we passed through. That was concerning. We went to dinner and when we came back, our room was filled with cigarette smoke- both smell and actually visible smoke. The front desk offered to change our rooms but overall the impression of this establishment was poor and we made reservations elsewhere. We paid for a night that we didn’t even stay and crossed the street to stay at a different place. I will never recommend this place to out of town visitors (we live locally) and I’m

If not for Tiara at front desk, would probably review as a 2, amenities lacking but she makes up by making sure check in is easy and coffee is there and prepared. Rooms are very clean (bad at names but shout out housekeeping, cleanest extended stay rooms in town) However the other lady at front desk could use some training, especially in customer service. Overall, by far the better of all hotels in Maumee price and value wise.

I frequent to Toledo a lot for work. And I alway come here. The staff are alway friendly and take great care of whatever I need. The property is well taken care of and my rooms are alway clean.
