Red Roof Inn Toledo - Maumee

My boyfriend reserved a room, we both worked all day and wanted to have a comfortable and quiet night alone.We get there, he's knocking on the lobby door for about 20 minutes before I finally called inside, the lady ( I forgot to get her name) answered and came to unlock the lobby door to let him in, Customer service sucked! We rented a room out on Saturday 5/6/2025 around 11pm so there was a lot of empty rooms. They put us in room 136! Terrible! I walked to get ice and they had nice rooms available. Holes in the OLD cover that smelled bad, but the rooms are supposed to be none smoking, a can of mult beer was left inside the fridge. Housekeeping just isn't the same anymore. Because the front desk lady didn't answer the phone and locks the doors, I didn't bother going back to the lobby in t

Positive: Location Negative: It was filthy and smelled awful. I had to clean the room myself but it was beyond filthy. It smelled horrible. The floors, walls and carpet were something I’ve never seen before. I could use the ac unit because the smell was coming out of it.

Good Motel for the price. At $60 a night the bed was clean and my room was quiet. Shower was hot. The pillows were a bit weird though, one was fluffy, one hard as a rock and the other was small and kind of worn out. Rooms were a bit old and worn but again... $60 a night. My friend had an on suite and he had some noise from the room next door. Other than that it fine, I'd come back for that price point.

I been staying here for a while it’s peaceful and comfortable. Employees are awesome. Thanks to all the staff here that made our stay great. Rooms are clean and neat. No bugs great internet.

Front desk folks were great. Beds were comfy but pillows are weird! Vanity light is budded out and the coffee maker was broken! We only stayed the night for rest so all in all it accomplished our purpose! Front desk coffee was bad!
