Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Maumee - Toledo

I had a great stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Maumee, OH. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Tiara at the front desk. Breakfast was good, and Miss B is an absolute gem of an employee. Between the two of them, the hotel had a genuinely welcoming feel. As a truck driver, that kind of hospitality is a huge plus after being on the road all night. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I got a great rest. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Very nice and quiet hotel, located next door to Applebee's and a Mexican restaurant, both which were really good. Hotel is in a nice safe area, they have a swimming pool that us indoors but it was under maintenance which I was bummed about. They had an ok breakfast nothing spectacular but enough to get your day started. Front desk staff was very friendly especially in the morning and the housekeeping staff always said hello, I felt right at home. Beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

The room was not set with towels, coffee or toilet paper. There is no ice in the hotel. Coffee was not available as told when we arrived, coffee when done was full of grounds. Associate was less than helpful, when asked to get coffee packets for the room, was told she was too busy! Listened to phones ring without being answered for over an hour. Early morning in lobby. Breakfast bar was empty for several patrons. The facility was clean.

Currently on a stay here. We needed an affordable place to stay and they had a pool. Booked reservation and arrived in the date planned to an empty front desk. After 5 minutes I was able to check in and noticed the pool was out of order. We arrived to our room to find out bathroom was not clean with hair visible and the bath tub looking like it needed a scrub. Toilet paper had no back up roll. We messaged the front desk to ask for more toilet paper and towels however no one responded. The messaging service only acknowledged the non answered text

This whole hotel is a joke! When my family and I got to the hotel we had to wait on the desk person. She was carrying in laundry from her car. So she does her personal laundry at work? Then she finally greeted us. Her name was Satan. She lied and said the pool would be open in the morning but it wasn't. She was very unprofessional telling us that her boss is lazy and didn't mop the lobby so please excuse the mess. Didn't notice til she pointed it out. Just kept going on talking smack about the boss. The side doors don't open which is a fire hazard. Breakfast was terrible. The bread was rock hard and the orange juice had moldy chunks in it. The hotel smells like a retirement home just old and musty. The room we got was disgusting as well! When we asked to switch Satan at the desk then began
