The price, location, size of the room, and staff are all great. The staff were polite and friendly, prompt with service with check in and out, and helpful when we had to request extra pillows (we were only given one, with two people on the reservation). My son and I stayed for 5 nights, and the price was significantly better than any other hotels we'd looked at in the area.||The location is perfect to get on the highway, or into town, quickly, with a lot to do in the area. There was some noise from within the walls from other rooms, like water in the pipes or thudding sounds, but mostly quiet. We also didn't take advantage of the laundry, gym, or free breakfast, but were made to know they were available upon check in, along with how to access the WiFi.||That said, the room itself left a bi

I've stayed at many hotels across the States!!! With 2.5M reviews. This was the worst place to.stay....horrible rooms...very nasty...the sofa bed had dog hair when pulled out..underneath the bed was junk... my kids couldn't sleep on the sofa beds. Terrible breakfast...just not nice. If a zero could be given....this Extended Stay Maumee would receive one!!!! I DO NOT Not recommend 😐!!! Corporate Office. Please respond!!!

Do not stay at this nasty place. They put me in a room that was absolutely filthy not to mention I paid for an entirely different room but they refused to give me correct room since they said they were sold out. Fridge was disgusting, carpet had disgusting white stains and food stains , old food left in fridge from previous person, bedding wasn't changed, I was given no apologies by rhe staff and they refused to refund me after booking a 3 night stay! Do not stay here! Adults were fighting in their rooms , kids crying and screaming, weed and cigarettes smoke lingered throughout building and into my room. No towels were given for bathroom, no kitchen supplies whatever, I had to leave and purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room since they refused to clean it or allow me to use the

Kitchen filthy!!!! Refrigerator filthy!!! I had to go buy cleaning product pulled all shelves out and scrub it clean only for it to not cool off (explains all the mold ) cabinets dirty stove dirty bathtub dirty !! I’m really disappointed traveled for a nursing contract thinking Great area I would have a nice comfortable stay instead I spent my time cringing at all the filth in tht room NOTHING to accommodate me having to be the maid at all ooh and my food wasted and I didn’t get what was under the drawers but it was horrible
