In mid December my family and I booked a week stay here. At first it seemed nice, until we actually got into the room and found a baby cock roach in our bathroom. I informed the worker and she moved us to a different floor. As scared as I was to stay there my family and I had no where else to go so we moved rooms and stayed. We kept our room as clean as possible fearing roaches could come in our room too. Fortunately we didn't see another cock roach. However our room went from a 7 day stay to a 2 day stay due to the manager thinking he knows everything. Mind you walking up and down the halls you can smell weed, and that wasn't us smoking it. That first glance, the hotel appears to be a very nice hotel on the outside. As we were checking in, we had no problems getting a room. However, there was quite a few mishaps that could have led to a lot worse things, and may still yet. Let's start with the lobby, at first glance, it looked like a decent lobby, as we were checking in, though, we hear from behind us that people there are living there, and are on welfare. I'm not against welfare or anything.But when going to check into a room somewhere you don't want to share a hotel with people who are on welfare living in the hotel. ❗️❗️READ VERY IMPORTANT⚠️⁉️ never staying here again!!!! I spent my birthday yesterday 12/19 at this hotel, and it was a total nightmare. First off if you’re staying overnight- ❗️❗️they POUND on your room 3 hours before checkout at 8AM! while your knocked out then walk away just too make sure you’re checking out, even though they could’ve waited til 11! When it’s common sense that’s when check out is, And when I confronted them and called downstairs about it they said they just wanted too “double check” even though I let them know I was FOR SURE leaving the next morning!
