I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Check-in was quick and seamless, and I immediately felt taken care of. The location was perfect, convenient to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful and safe. I also really appreciated the little details, from the cleanliness of common areas to how responsive staff was whenever I had a question. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a stress-free experience.

My stay was nothing short of phenomenal and I was overtly impressed by the staff. From check-in to check-out everyone was welcoming, attentive, and cared about ensuring I was comfortable/taken care of. David was especially professional, considerate and knowledgeable of the area. Any time I had a question or needed help it was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s clear that the staff here are well-trained and take pride in their work. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

The price was very reasonable. The room itself was the most modern room I think I've ever stayed in. I was impressed with the stovetop, full size fridge, dishwasher all being included in the room. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The heating worked great. It was a fantastic room and I will be staying there again next time I go to Rochester.

This my Favorite place to stay in Rochester, NY. Rodney, the general manager and his crew are awesome. They’re very attentive and always make sure you have a comfortable stay. It’s nice to have the kitchen to be able to make meals if you feel like it. It’s always clean always smelling fresh. It’s a great place to stay in worth the money! Definitely coming back for New Year’s Eve. :-)
