Dartmouth House Inn

My boyfriend and I stayed for a night in the Seneca Suite. The room with clean, gorgeous interior, and the balcony and tub were a nice touch! Price was good too! Breakfast was included and delicious, it was made to order. The two hosts Milena & Gary were so sweet and welcoming! We will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommend!!

Great little Inn in the Heart of Rochesters arts district- very close to Eastman museum and Highland park, and the Genesee falls area, as well as the Museums. Rooms are period, but modern with a fridge and Flat screen tv. Bathrooms are spacious, and tubs are nice and deep. Breakfast that came with our stay was good home-cooked- large selection of teas and egg fritada with toast and a fruit Parfait fit the bill nicely. There are very nice common areas like the sitting room, porch and if you want the luxury room, you get a rooftop deck with it. Will definitely try to be back in fall for a foliage tour of the area 🙂

We were so happy to spend the night at Dartmouth House! We have been coming here for years, and each visit is like coming home. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic tiled shower! Breakfast was excellent: crepes with your choice of filling, plus fresh fruit, coffee, and juice. Innkeepers Gary and Milena, who are at this point old friends, are kind and helpful. Would recommend this lovely inn to anyone visiting Rochester. It is conveniently located in the Park Avenue neighborhood near East Avenue, the George Eastman House, the planetarium, and the Museum of the Arts, and if you are intrepid, you can walk to Wegmans. :) We are looking forward to going back soon!

I absolutely love this charming, cozy bed and breakfast! I have stayed here multiple times and always have the best stay! The beds are so comfortable! The breakfast is always delicious. The hospitality from Gary and Melania is always warm and friendly! This is our go-to whenever we visit Rochester!

We have never visited Rochester, and I am so happy to have found this gem of a property! Rochester House is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the Eastman Museum. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the bed and linens were luxurious. The best part was the delicious breakfast made and served to us by the sweet innkeeper, Milena. We would definitely return to Dartmouth House!! Thank you, Gary and Milena. Our stay was perfect!
