If I could give this a negative star review I would! We came all the way from PA for a funeral arrived after midnight, had to switch rooms because the temperature unit did not work. Then as soon as we got to the next room we were asked if we wanted to move rooms again because their piping was rattling at the time we didn’t care because we wanted to go to sleep. Well sleep did not happen getting woke up from everything straining to work. The rooms were not even made fully the room’s disgusting! Says it comes with cook wear plate me utensils nope none of that. Be sure you don’t lock yourself out of the room by accident or you will be charged extra for it not like you’re not already paying 120 plus. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. There's nothing I've brought to their attention that they haven't taken care of for me. ||||The location is highly recommended if you want to be near the bus line, restaurants, shopping or just walking. ||||There's crunch fitness across the street. Navy Federal Bank is almost in the same parking lot.||||The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I've been waiting in (a short) line at the desk and have witnessed guests and potential guests not being so friendly or calm at times, yet whoever is working always greets everyone with professionalism and in a friendly manner.||||The rooms are comfortable, have everything I need (minus an oven lol) and the appliances are kept up to date. WoodSpring suites 6900 W Broad St Richmond, VA RM 306. I lost my vintage Engagement Ring down the bathroom sink. The front desk called Trevon from maintenance. He came to rescue my ring from the drain within 10 minutes. I really appreciate how quickly he responded to help me. He was so polite to me and careful to clean up the debris and water from the pipe, as well. I’m so happy to have my ring back. Thank You, Trevon Melinda

I called the day of my arrival to check on my reservation, and I spoke with the Manager Cheyenne. She was very helpful and told me all was good, and even told me how to check in if I get in after hours. At first, upon checking in at 10:55pm, the night staff was having issues with logging into the system. (not their fault) Long story short, after 1 hour of trying to find my reservation and calling the manager to get into the system, I was able to get into a room at Midnight. He walked me to my room to make sure the room was clean and met my expectations. It was clean and to my expectations. Bathroom clean, kitchen clean, beds comfortable. I needed an affordable place to stay for one night. I chose this property after reviewing many other affordable properties in the area. My room was clean, my bathroom was very clean and the front desk/lobby area was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff (both AM and PM) treated me well and were very professional. Is this place luxurious? NO. But it did meet my needs for the night. The bed was fine (not amazing) and the refrigerator and microwave were very clean. The room could use a paint job and was a bit tired, but honestly the price was right and I would stay here again.
