Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Downtown

Everyone was very professional and accommodating to any needs. Emanuel in the dining on Friday night was great. The bartender was a no show so he took over. He made sour night after a long day driving. Outside was Cliff the best personality and helpful beyond. Hope to return and stay again, maybe getting to go to one of Cliff’s shows. No complaints at all Thanks

Great stay! Clean and spacious rooms, upgraded decor, and the valet staff was excellent especially Cliff! We’d return just for Cliff and his impressions. All staff was professional and kind. Walking distance to some great restaurants. We’ll book here again.

This was our 3rd stay. We love this location. Rooms are so comfortable. Great showers too. Staff was so friendly and atmosphere is really nice which is why we stayed again. Great value if you are a Marriott BonVoy member. |On this trip we give a shout out to Cliff at Valet. He belongs on stage and on tv. He's funny while also being professional. He's an asset to Marriott for sure.

This hotel is so pretty. The staff are amazing. The rooms are clean, comfortable. The towels are thick, there are plenty of lights, plug ins for electronics, good work space. Its quiet. The lobby's are gorgeous with lots of work space. Great bar, starbucks. I can't compliment the front desk staff enough. They were so kind and thoughtful and wonderful.

Super nice stay at the Courtyard - room was clean, nice and quiet. Everyone was so extremely nice and friendly. I got valet parking and my car key fob wasn't working and Cliff took the time to not only figure out how to get the car running but also found out what batteries I would need to get to make it work again! He went above and beyond.
