Customer Reviews
Hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a safe and convenient location. Many great restaurants and shopping close by and only a quick 20 minute drive at best to downtown Richmond. Breakfast was plentiful and better than most hotel breakfasts of their counterpart. Loved the walk in shower. Room and bathroom extremely clean and well kept. Only negative was the pillows were not to our preference, but an easy fix, just bring your own. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel if coming to the Henrico/Richmond area.
Great location and staff. Clean and good atmosphere. I will be coming back for future buisness trips. I like the fire pit outside and the pool are also 2 nice features.
Room was very clean. The only issue I had during my stay was only one elevator was working.
I’ve never written a review before, but after what happened to my mom and me at this hotel, I felt like I had to. My mom and I had just moved to Richmond after living in DC for a year, and she was so excited to start fresh in a city she hadn’t lived in for 30+ years. We had plans for that first weekend, coffee shops to visit, places to explore, and we both had new jobs starting. It was supposed to be a happy time. But less than 24 hours after checking in, everything fell apart. At breakfast, the only meat option was labeled chicken sausage. My mom avoids pork for medical reasons, and she trusted the label. When I came down later to join her and tasted mine, I immediately questioned if it was actually chicken. I immediately told her that it didn’t taste like chicken to me, but I was hoping
I've stayed here a couple of times- mostly because the nicer Hilton on the other side of the mall is booked - and it's very mid. The rooms are spacious and cozy and there's a cute little heated indoor pool and outdoor fire pits. The beds are comfy. You will get charged per day for parking. However, the walls are thin so you hear noise from your neighbors above, below and next to your room. There's also a big construction project next door that promptly starts up with crashes, booms and back up alarms before 6 am, so adjust your sleep expectations accordingly or stay at the other Hilton if you want an exceptional experience.
