Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond Short Pump

Modern, new, clean hotel. The staff, especially Nick, were super helpful. My parents were visiting and needed a handicap accessible room. Nick gave me a tour of the room before they booked to ensure it met their needs and reserved one on the first floor to make it as easy as possible for them to access.

All of the employees were wonderful, starting with when I checked in. Nick was polite, very respectful and friendly . He answered all my questions. Susan, Mike and Ayat were also very helpful, friendly, polite and excellent with everything.CeCe did a wonderful breakfast both days I was there. The food was really good. Love the potatoes. Everything was orderly and clean. She was really pleasant and polite. I will come back again. Thank you

Susan at the front desk was welcoming and remembered us from our last visit. Cece from the kitchen area is a saint. We have known her at this property for a few years now. She is the kind of woman you feel proud to know. She always takes a few minutes to talk to us and share her life. Cece walks around the dining area helping everyone she can. If there were a definition of these two positions Susan and CeCe would fill the bill perfectly. Hilton should be proud to have these ladies in their family.

The hotel is pretty new and a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Susan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient and lots of kids were enjoying the pool.

Very clean environment. I was especially thankful to your front desk associate, Susan, who went the extra mile to retrieve an item I left in the room after the housekeeping staff had cleaned it. I stayed on the line until she found it and held it for me at the front desk. And she did with in a very friendly, courteous manner. Will return in the future. Ann Moncure
