Absolutely blown away by the hospitality at check-in. From the moment I walked through the doors, the energy was polished, confident, and completely on point. No long waits, no confusion — just smooth, seamless professionalism handled like true pros. The house runs tight, organized, and welcoming. You can tell they respect both your time and your experience. Every detail felt intentional, from the greeting to the efficiency behind the desk. It set the tone for an exceptional stay before I even got to the room. If first impressions matter (and they do), this place absolutely nails it. Five stars. Positive: "" Negative: No elevator service. We got to 2nd floor room ok. Then the elevator quit working for the remainder of the visit. No one seemed to care. My wife had MAJOR issues coming down steps in the morning.

The front desk staff, ALL of them, are extremely friendly, helpful, kind, and understanding. The breaker tripped and my microwave wasn't working, and Deantry came by and helped. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. When you show kindness, you get kindness in return.

The front desk lady the black girl was extremely unprofessional in every way shape and form. The only reason why it’s not a one start review is because of the general manager and the cleaning guy that’s so happy and welcomes you in as if your family I believe his name started with a “D” and the other black lady with the braids/Dreads other than that this would have been a one star review All the way around. I had complained about the noise level I was in room 310 . My wife complained at the front desk and that lady was obnoxious, rude, snarky and condescending. Once we complained that lady called up soon as we entered our room and said they were receiving complaints about our dog barking which my dog never ever barks he sleeps and is quiet as a mouse. Have been in the at this location since November while working at a local hospital temporarily. Nothing but great things to say about the hotel and the staff! From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff. Definitely gotta mention Deontray, always so hospitable and friendly.
