Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning lights and impressive artwork displayed throughout the property, creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The location is perfect, within walking distance of great shops and excellent restaurants. What truly stood out was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a genuine smile. I will definitely stay here every time I’m in Dallas.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Love the property! AC works. Bed is super comfortable with great pillows. Robes are plush. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Fitness center is also great. ||When I'm in the area, it's a no brainer to stay here. I'd even drive 40 minutes out of the way to stay here over other properties.

Friendly staff. Full service hotel. Had an excellent stay here. They upgraded my room and provided a free shuttle service. One of the better club lounges I’ve seen in a while too. A little pricey but it’s located in a great spot!

Overall, the design of the lobby and hotel amenities is nice. The bathroom in the room, however, needs work. There’s a sliding barn door with no lock and when you open the door you stare directly at the toilet. So, a king sized-bed room should be for a single occupant or a couple who are more than comfortable with each other. The Executive Lounge doesn’t advertise its hours or what it offers and when; alcohol (including beer and wine) is not complimentary - not a similar experience from other Marriott Executive Lounges. We’re staying over the holidays, and despite this, the lounge should have some hours available for those who may not celebrate the holidays or may be celebrating in a non-traditional manner.
